Office Administrator

Select in Lincoln are pleased to be partnered with this clinical business based in Horncastle.

Due to a heavy workload, our client is looking for an experienced Administrator/Secretary to provide
Office Support on a temporary basis.

The ideal person will have worked in a medical environment and be comfortable being the first point of contact for all calls, and messages. You will also be liaising with “out-patients” and service users so a well presented, calm and friendly disposition is essential.

In the role you will be responsible for typing up correspondence to GPs and patients, and contacting patients to schedule in appointments. Other duties include:

• Organisation of the office paperwork
• Support the Senior Management team
• Diary Management
• Minute taking or note taking when required

Key skills required:

• Highly organised and methodical
• Professional telephone manner
• Experience of the health and social care sector (would be desirable)
• Computer literate, in particular outlook
• Confident in communicating with external parties
• Excellent grammar and typing skills

Hours of work at 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
