Marketing Executive/Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a marketing executive to join this leading brand is now available, lookig for their next step up to Marketing manager.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering the agreed marketing strategy and activity plan for the various brands within the business including all marketing communication, marketing collateral, advertising, promotional activities, both online and offline, and agency liaison.
You will be responsible for the identification, creation, planning of the agreed marketing plan.

Marketing Management:
•Responsible for managing and delivering the day to day marketing activity for the businesses’ in line with the agreed marketing strategy and the support of marketing and business KPIs.
•Responsible for the management and growth of the customer data and the targeted use of the database
•Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for all communications, collateral and websites (both internal and external) and the creation of copy to support this.
•To manage and co-ordinate the marketing plan to ensure that all communications are targeted to the right audience and delivered on time. Ensure all activity fits into the overall group plans to avoid conflicting messages to shared audiences.
•Responsible for tracking campaign success to enable us to understand the ROI of each activity and aid future promotion planning through effective reporting
•Responsible for planning, organisation and contribution to the creative briefing process in conjunction with the events and sales department of all photography shoots, events and promotional activity relevant to the business.
•Working closely with agencies to deliver innovative and creative on and offline line campaigns
•Management of social media and web content for all the businesses’ sites
•Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the businesses, detailing key achievements, activity undertaken and future key initiatives
•Support in the management of press events and where appropriate, supporting the other departments during key areas of activity.
•Take part in quarterly marketing meeting and contribute to sharing best practice across the group’s other locations

Experience required
•Hold a marketing qualification (degree or similar) and at least two years of marketing experience in the retail or hospitality sector
•Previous practical experience of email marketing and web content management is essential
•Excellent communication skills
•The experience, knowledge and skills to establish and maintain quality and brand standards through other people
•Experience and understanding of the requirements and demands of marketing to consumers
•Understanding the practical experience of social media channels (Facebook/twitter/Instagram/Pinterest)
•Possess a positive can do attitude, good communicator, problem solver, creative flair and passion and well organised
•A flexible approach to working hours is essential
•The ability and personality to be able to work well with others, resolve conflict and achieve results
•Self- motivated and highly organised
•Able to work flexible hours and hold a full UK Driving Licence

A salary of c25K is available coupled with excellent benefits.
