Marketing Executive

Our client is a market leading service provider looking for an experienced individual to work closely with the Marketing Manager, assisting with the development, organisation and implementation of activities such as lead generation campaigns, events, internal marketing and corporate social responsibility.

You will have the opportunity to mould this post as a new role within the organisation and you will have the ability to take first line ownership of projects, as well as being exposed to a wide variety of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

– Ensuring client websites are kept up to date, creating landing pages with copy and images via the content management system
– Conducting Partnership Marketing including website updates, social media & email
– Populating email templates and coordinating dispatch of campaigns to customers, prospects & partners
– Ownership of company-wide announcements on the Intranet
– Marketing administration, organisation and management of customer and partner focussed events
– Provision of marketing data for reporting purposes on activities such as website usage, social media engagement, email and campaign performance
– Responsible for stock control and ordering of marketing collateral and branded merchandise
– Liaison with external suppliers of marketing materials
– Supporting the development, organisation and execution of lead generation campaigns

Key skills

Our client is looking for an individual with at least 12 months experience in a Marketing role, with ideally knowledge and experience in most of the following:

– Good knowledge of online and offline marketing principles and techniques
– An understanding of how content can be utilised across various channels
– Knowledge of laying out content on websites with both copy and images
– Effective project management skills & highly organised
– Using off-the-shelf email systems
– Event planning, coordination and execution
– Generating data for marketing reports through various systems
– Social media marketing
– Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills

You’ll be organised with a strong sense of ownership, self-motivated and able pick up new systems and tools quickly. You will have excellent spoken and written skills and be able to deal with demanding stakeholders.
