Our highly successful client in Northampton is seeking an efficient administrator to support their project teams and marketing department with a variety of tasks. The environment you will be working in will be fast paced and great fun.

Job Responsibilities:
*Handling client enquiries on the telephone and by email
*Administering contracts and warranties
*Updating and managing internal registers / databases
*General secretarial and administrative support
*Creating PowerPoint presentations

Preferred Skills:
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Highly numerate
*Ability to multi-task
*Good initiative
*Warm and welcoming telephone manner
*Creative flair
*Good attention to detail

Personal Attributes:
*Good people skills; able to deal efficiently & courteously with people at all levels
*Good general standard of education
*Flexible and adaptable
*Willing to undertake a range of duties
*An interest in Marketing is preferred but not essential.
