Our client, an exciting and leading international company, based in Oxford is currently recruiting for an experienced logistics coordinator to manage a variety of duties throughout their supply chain.

You will be responsible for organising and providing efficient transportation for inbound and outbound products whilst also successfully providing efficient, cost-effective supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all supply chain operations
• Organising and managing inventory, storage and transportation
• Analysing and optimising logistical procedures
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines and productivity ensuring the safe and timely pick-up/delivery of shipments
• Answering Customer enquiries
• Providing import and export documentation

The ideal candidate

• Minimum of 2+ years in logistics
• Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
• Understanding of customs procedures
• Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Logistics software
• Friendly and outgoing
