Level Entry Administrator

enthusiastic and responsive individual to join their existing team.

This is a progressive role and would suit someone who is keen to learn the ropes
and continue to grow within the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Open New Matters on the firm’s Practice Management System (PMS) and produce the paper file
• Carry out electronic searches required for Anti-Money Laundering checks
• Registration of Wills into the firm’s PMS, the storage of the physical Will and registration online onto Certainty Will Registration service
• Closing of completed Matters on the firm’s PMS and archiving the paper file.
• To undertake scanning tasks and save to the firm’s PMS
• Undertake photocopying tasks, including preparation of trial bundles
• Prepare post for despatch and to take to the post office

Skills and Attributes required:

• Excellent organisational skills
• IT literate
• Excellent communicator with professional telephone manner
• Good attention to detail
• Quick to pick up new systems and processes
• A minimum of 1 year’s administration experience within an office setting.
• Good presentation

Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
