Position: Legal Secretary
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £16,000 – £18,000
Contract: Full time/ Permanent

The role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join this busy legal practise on a full time, permanent basis.
This position is suited to an organised person with excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent attention to detail. We welcome applications from organised and accurate individuals who take initiative. Applicants must have good typing skills with excellent grammar and preferably a background in Legal Secretarial work.

Duties

This role will include but is not limited to:

> Diary management;
> Audio typing;
> Sending & receiving e-mails;
> Travel arrangements;
> Client contact;
> Liaising with internal staff and external parties;
> Drafting documents;
> General administration duties

Skills

We are accepting applications from individuals who:

> Are educated to GCSE levels 4-9, A to C or higher (equivalent qualifications accepted).
> Have a good and accurate typing speed;
> Have a positive approach to working under pressure within a busy environment;
> Has strong administrative and organisational skills;
> Have a high degree of IT skill;
> Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
