My client a well established reputable law firm in Norwich are seeking a highly driven Legal Secretary to join their busy and vibrant team.

You will be providing support to the Criminal Law department that specialise in a range of high profile cases.

The successful applicant will be responsible for general administrative duties to include but not limited to:

• Answering inbound calls
• Making outbound calls
• Passing on detailed messages
• Audio typing
• Drafting letters
• Opening and the preparation of files in both digital and paper form
• Diary maintenance and management in both digital and paper form
• Time recording
• Archiving
• Creating invoices
• Taking PDQ payments in person and over the phone
• Accurate recording of payments made and received
• Ordering of stationary in accordance with office needs
• Preparation of post

You must be highly organised along with the ability to communicate and work to a high grade. Transport for this role is essential as travel to other offices will be required.
