Legal Administrator

Our client based in Lincoln, is looking for a Legal Administrator.

You will be working as part of the busy and fast-paced team, your duties will be, but not limited to; providing support to fee earners with a varied caseload including both private and public work.

Being an Legal Administrator within a law firm comes with great responsibility, these included:

•High level of organisation
•Strong administration experience
•Diary management
•Filing
•Day to day emails
•Liaising with clients and professionals
•Excellent customer service (you are the first point of call for clients)

A key responsibility will include the management of legal aid administration including online applications and costings.
This high volume activity is critical for the success of the team and as such the ability to manage a large volume of work, whilst maintaining efficiency and accuracy is fundamental for success in the role.
You will also be acting as the first point of contact for enquiries. Therefore, excellent customer service skills are required along with the ability to put people at ease.

Experience is not necessarily essential, however it would be highly advantageous, a minimum requirement would be strong administration skills, good customer service skills and a willingness to develop.
