Learning & Development Manager

We are looking for a commercially astute learning and development manager to join forces with a specialist insurance broker based within easy reach of the M25 in Essex. Using your qualified approach, you will create, implement and deliver targeted and blended training solutions to support the business and learners to achieve their full potential.

A history of supervision will be essential as you will be supporting this group of HR and training professionals as you take control of the future growth and development of this dedicated team.

With a contact centre on site along with the administrative support function, experience within a similar environment will be paramount in order to deliver the best solutions to the customer service and sales teams, driving their confidence and ability to secure buy in from their customers.
