Junious Sous Chef


At Select Hospitality Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef to join an ever growing team at this AA rosette restaurant.

An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sous to join a growing team, we are looking for an ambitious, highly- driven, friendly applicants with a proven track record and high organisational skills.

Some of the responsibilities will include;

– To assist with the day to day running of the kitchen
– Assist the chef director with creative menu writing
– Ordering food from suppliers
– Inspiring, motivating and leading a team of junior chefs and kitchen porters
– Ensuring and maintaining the highest level of food quality

We are looking for somebody who is energetic and enthusiastic along with experience. Ideally you will have a background within a similar environment, outstanding communication and leadership skills and a strong understanding of produce and ingredients.

This is a full time role which will includes evenings and weekends 2.5 days off per week.
