Would suit:
An organised and adaptable administrator with customer support experience, who is capable of working within a small team and keen to develop and progress in a very interesting and diverse role. With the ability to carry out general administration tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Profile Summary:
 Assist in maintaining the Organisation’s standards of both customer support and general administration tasks

Key Tasks include:
 Communicate appropriately with speakers, venues, hotels and external suppliers, obtaining quotes and contracts
 Research and produce a range of PR to launch/promote annual events, internally and externally
 Process delegate bookings i.e. courses and conferences
 Manage event budgets and produce statistics and reports
 Liaise with staff to coordinate the logistics
 Handling all enquiries
 Social media marketing

Skills Required:
 High level of attention to detail and excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
 IT Skills (Office Suite) i.e. Word / Excel / Outlook at an intermediate to advanced level
 Adaptability and prioritisation to enable you to complete tasks and projects within a specific time frame
 To learn and develop a range of processes to support other roles within the Team
 Ability to analyse social media statistics
