IT Helpdesk Technician

Our client has thrived throughout the current climate, albeit working remotely, is seeking a competent IT Helpdesk Technician to replace an internal employee due to promotion.

Job Summary:

The company has supplied services to their clients for well over 20 years and along with Technicians, have their own in-house Helpdesk, Developers and well known within their industry.

The role ld suit someone who has a IT Helpdesk experience, ideally a software helpdesk background.

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Be an open and clear communicator – verbal and written
Demonstrate the ability to learn new systems quickly
Have strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Have an enthusiastic can-do attitude and ability to resolve
The following skills would also be highly desirable:

Experience of IT support role
Microsoft SQL knowledge
Microsoft Server platforms, Windows operating systems and Excel
Working in finance or using accounting software
