An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Team Lead to join an exciting, creative and dynamic IT team in Central Bristol. If you have Support Engineer experience and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced media environment I would love to hear from you!

TheIT Service Desk Team Lead will have the following attributes:
* Experience of 1st and 2nd Line support in both Windows and macOS environments

* Strong in both verbal and written communication to all levels of the business. Must be personable with an ability to converse with the users to ascertain the issue

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Highly organised

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* AD, Office 365, MS Office admin and troubleshooting

* Knowledge of networks LAN/WAN/DHCP/DNS/TCPIP 

Your benefits will include:
* The role is currently paying around the £30,000 mark depending on experience and ability of the successful candidate.

* Bonus is at the end of the year based on performance

* 22 days holiday allowance
