IT Support Analyst

Our client is seeking an excellent candidate to fill a role as an IT Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and with a combination of excellent technical and personal skills, suitable for providing support and assistance to all levels of staff.
Key Skills:
• Strong desktop / server support skillset including: Windows 7 and 10 troubleshooting and maintenance and Windows Server (including 2016) troubleshooting and maintenance
• An understanding of network infrastructure and connectivity principles
• VMware
• Windows desktop and server builds
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange troubleshooting and maintenance
• Group policy and AD management
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn quickly
• Flexible and willing to tackle a broad range of technology issues
• Hardware (server and workstation) build and installation
• Proven knowledge of Security and risk management – firewall, security updates, cybersecurity
• Knowledge/experience of multi-site networks
• Proven experience delivering small to medium scale projects
• Storage management – working knowledge of iSCSI SAN / storage
• MDM management with iOS devices
Personal Attributes:
• Very approachable and have excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when necessary
• Full clean driving licence and own transport essential
• Travel to other offices as and when required
• Experience of working in a legal environment supporting legal applications would be desirable
