IT Securties Administrator

Position Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client’s team at Witham St. Hugh’s, Lincolnshire as an IT Securities & IT Administrator.

The responsibilities are as follows:

Business Systems Securities

• Administer, monitor and report on business system security levels to comply with audit process.

• Grant and remove access to the Business and Accounting systems for all new starters and leavers.

• Monitor access of all business systems and record and maintain records

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies following routine system checks

• Manage access level change requests effectively within agreed service levels and record in document management system.

• Audit access levels reporting changes and record in document management system.

• Regularly review internal procedures

IT Administration

• Assist and support team members with day to day administration tasks

• Assist with help desk logging system
Position Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working within an IT environment is not required
• Previous administration experience is essential, including creating and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Deliver great customer service
• Ability to work from own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Previous experience in creating and maintaining accurate records
• Experience working with Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Outlook Calendar
