IT 2nd Line Support

I am looking for an individual with good Apple and Windows cross-platform experience, exposure to a wide range of relevant technologies (networking, device management, Office 365, identity management and file sharing systems) and most importantly the ability to deliver a brilliant level of customer service to my client.

This is a challenging role working with some really interesting clients

You should:

Be incredibly personable
Have working experience in Apple and Windows IT Support
Be organised & forward thinking
Have experience working with Enterprise systems
Have experience with ITIL best practices
