Internal Telesales

Our client is seeking additional Sales staff in order to maximise the company’s turnover by introducing new business and increasing existing accounts spend.
They are looking for candidates with previous experience ideally but are very willing to consider others with the right attitude and desire to move into Sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To open up discussions with new and existing customers via the telephone.
Identify new sales opportunities, using internet or other sales leads.
To build relationships with existing and potential accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
Promote “special offers” or stock lines with a view to increasing existing customers’ turnover.
Raising quotations and follow-ups.
Serving regular customers at the trade counter and encouraging additional spend.

Ideally 12 months Business to Business warm calling
Track record of hitting sales targets
