Salary: upto £18,000 + Bonus & Incentives

Our client, a fast growing team based in Newark have enjoyed excellent success throughout 2018 and are expanding further as they go into 2019. Due to the organic growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an additional Internal Sales Executive to join this successful and welcoming team.

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for calling a range of customers and prospects to investigate business need and develop opportunities. Working in a structured sales way, you will be required to achieve KPI’s which will include, but not be limited to, call out statistics, CRM management, and revenue results. The core objective is to achieve revenue target, each month, quarter and year.

Other key aspects of this role;
• Strong sales and investigative skills with knowledge of sales methodology.
• Prepare and submit a personal weekly sales forecast, (working towards using the CRM as a tool). Ensure delivery against that forecast.
• Structure your record keeping, in order to demonstrate a clear forecast, and where necessary, identify early any gaps to target so that you can react in a timely manner and receive management support as necessary.
• Drive to identify new business within new and existing clients, by investigating need, create Account development plan against all accounts to ensure that we have clear development criteria and that these plan are executed.
• Use the CRM system against pre-agreed guidelines to manage accounts, contacts and opportunities
• Ensure sales leads are followed up as per the company KPI’s,
• Negotiate prices, initiate credit checks and agree terms & conditions of business in accordance with company policy
