Internal Sales Coordinator

Internal Sales / Sales Administrator Aylesford / Permanent £22 – 25K per annum
We are currently looking to recruit and internal sales exec to work for our client who are a leading industrial service provider who supply engineering equipment and expertise. You will be the first point of contact for their customers, helping them to select the most suitable product for their needs and to manage the process efficiently through to order.
Duties of the internal sales / sales administrator will include but not be limited to:
• Liaison with customers via telephone or website
• Processing and monitoring orders from enquiry through to delivery
• Proactively updating customers in relation to the progress of orders
• Liaise with suppliers
• Compiling accurate quotations
• Ensuring a high level of Customer Service.
Experience and skills required of the internal sales / sales administrator:
• Recent, relevant experience within an internal sales / sales admin role
• Relevant Experience with a product driven industry
• Professional and confident communication skills with the ability to build effect customer relations
• Experience from a technical / engineering related background would be advantageous
• Highly customer focused and strive towards complete customer care
• Computer Literate
• Efficiently organised and able to plan and prioritise workload
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 7.30 – 5.30pm
