Inhouse Recruitment Co-ordinator

We are looking for a multi- tasking recruitment co-ordinator to join our family owned client in Chelmsford. The role calls for someone who is experienced with managing high volumes of workers on various construction sites, who understands the need for security vetting prior to arrival and can manage this full process without fault. Experience with similar construction environment would be the dream.

With the need to update daily with workers and external providers to ensure the correct staff arrive on site you will have to be able to manage everyone from director level to site supervisors to apprentices. Your team hold together the heart of the success of each project by ensuring the right people are in place at the right time.

Excellent Excel skills are a must as you will need these to track availability, and keep on top of site clearances and site diaries. This role is not for the faint hearted, but it is an excellent opportunity to take everything you love about getting the right person in to the right job without the pressure of any sales, it’s a role where you will never feel the urge to run away, but instead you can just ‘get on with it’ and continue to deliver excellent service both internally and externally.

You will support apprentices through their journey with the team pushing them forward through each level and providing them with every opportunity for success. This team are champions of internal progression and dedicate themselves to seeing people prove their abilities.
