ICT Manager (Technical)

An exciting oppotunity has arisen for and ICT Manager based in a Hotel in Central London. Our client, an idependent family business, boasts a charming portfolio of unique hotels. They are looking for a confident person to manage the existing IT Infrastructure, the team and future developments.

This position is perfect for an ICT Manager who is happy remain technical hands on also deal with the IT Strategy of the business!

The ideal candidate must have experience and qualifications within the following areas:

•Significant experience in ICT technical support
•Proven experience in supervisory or first line management
•Proven customer service / engagement experience
•Cisco Certification (CCNA/CCNP)
•Microsoft Certification (MCSE/MCSA/MCP)
•Strong competence/skill with:
•Windows Server 2008+
•Microsoft Exchange
•Microsoft Office 365
•Active Directory
•Group policy
•LAN/WAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, IIS, Aruba switches
•Palo Alto Firewall
•Routing and switching
•MS SQL
•Wireless Networking
•Strong communication skills – face to face, telephone, email etc.
•Strong command of English language (written, read, spoken)
