Salary: up to £42,000 depending on experience.

The Position:
Our client, an established travel and tourism business, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team. You will deliver the company people strategy, which brings together every element of how they work with their people from recruiting, training and development to retention of staff. You will also implement the learning and development strategy to increase capability and productivity of staff.

The Person:
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a proven record of accomplishment in the successful design, development and delivery of training programmes.
You will be an experienced generalist and fully conversant with all aspects of employment law, HR best practice and able to implement employment policies and procedures. Approachable, tactful and diplomatic with excellent listening skills to match. Budget experience will also be required as you will be responsible for the learning and development budget.

Benefits and hours
A salary of up to £42,000 is on offer depending on experience with an attractive benefits package that include enhanced annual leave, pension, flexible working and a number of travel industry perks as well as the opportunity for further training and development.
