HR Advisor

A terrific opportunity for a HR Business Partner has arisen to join growing business based in Lowestoft. This company is a leader in its field and as you would expect from a market-leader, is dynamic, fast-paced, flexible and adaptable ensuring they deliver excellent service and results.

The role is generalist with a focus on providing a wide range of HR support and advice to all the company, managing staff relationships and being responsible for the recruitment process. You will be working with both UK and Overseas based personnel.
You will have previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, dealing with recruitment of hourly paid profiles. You will also have the ability to deal with difficult and complex situations and to find resolutions, coupled with a good knowledge of ER and employment law.

A proactive, flexible approach is essential as is a high degree of self-motivation with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload.

This is a full time role, is office based, working in a small team environment but part of a global HR department.
