Temporary HR Assistant

Our client, a prestigious establishment based near Abingdon, has got an exciting opportunity to join their team as an HR Assistant for 3 months.
The ideal candidate will be someone with HR experience, preferably within an education background though this not essential.

The Role

•Assisting with the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies, organising interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies
•Conducting pre-employment checks, new starter documentation, updating payroll and scheduling inductions
•Drafting documentation such as contracts of employment
•Assisting with performance reviews
•Any other HR associated admin tasks to support the team and key stakeholders

The ideal candidate

•Some previous HR experience or has had exposure to elements of HR such as recruitment, office admin etc.
•Attention to detail and organised
•High standard of written and oral communication
•Ideally has had some experience in an educational environment
•Friendly, personable and professional

The Successful candidate will be entitled to a pay rate of 12/13 P/H and will be working 35 hours a week. You will also be joining an organisation with friendly and welcoming team, well known for its work- a testament to the quality employer.
