HR Assistant

We are looking for a part time HR Coordinator to navigate our client’s workload and take control of their HR processes. Working up to 30 hours a week you will be the face of HR in this busy head office environment creating a system of checks and balances to ensure the smooth running of the HR department.

You’ll use your previous recruitment experience and knowledge to complete the full process from sourcing applicants to arranging interviews, sending offer letters, to checking references and licenses. No two days will be the same as you call upon your CIPD training to advise and support the HR Director through a period of steady expansion. You will also work alongside the directors to ensure the company works within current Health and Safety Guidelines to ensure the safety of all staff on site. You must have your CIPD level 5 to be considered for this role due to the level of responsibility you will have.
