HR Advisor – Permanent role
An opportunity to join a dynamic fintech business where every day is different! This Hatfield based company are looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist (4-day week role)
You will be working closely with the HR Manager to support all aspects of the HR function.
What’s the role?
You will be responsible for all aspects of HR for the business including
• Policies and case work
• Starters and leavers
• Operations including car scheme and health scheme
• Recruitment and induction
• Projects

Your day will be varied – sometimes lots of admin; other days working on ER. Some days it will be all about project work and another day could be focused on recruitment.

You’ll be liaising with department Managers offering advice and training regarding recruitment, appraisals, pay reviews

You will work as part of a team but also independently so being a self-starter is essential

The Essentials
• CIPD qualified (or working towards)
• Strong experience in Employee relations
• Previous experience in generalist HR function
• IT knowledge in Word and Excel
• French speaker would be a bonus
