HR Administrator

Our client a well know hotel on the outskirts of Cambridge is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to work in a busy and varied HR Department.

The Role
You will be responsible for organising and maintaining personnel records, processing of employment contracts and carrying legal checks as required. You will also be involved with recruitment from writing the ads to being the first point of contact from candidates and liaising with Heads of departments.
Alongside this you will be overseeing the general welfare of staff and being the first point of contact for all HR queries.

The Person
You will be familiar with HR procedures, ideally with a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) and an eye for detail. You will need to have good IT skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint along with a professional telephone manner and communication skills, both face to face and written. As mentioned above, this is a very busy environment where speed and accuracy go hand in hand.
