Head Pastry Chef


Due to internal progression we are currently recruiting a Head Pastry Chef for our client’s luxury 5 Star Hotel, located north of London.

This is a beautiful manor house hotel set in stunning grounds, with its own international standard golf course and onsite spa facilities.

Due to the type of business, it requires an experienced Head Pastry Chef to oversee a kitchen serving the highest calibre of pastries, cakes, scones, and desserts for the rosette standard restaurant and afternoon teas.

The successful Head Pastry Chef will have prior experience in the same position within a luxury 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel, or a luxury Cruise Ship environment.

They will also have a proven track record of success in a similar role, and an ability to maintain the very highest standards of quality, as well as a great work ethic and a desire to do whatever it takes to ensure guest satisfaction each and every day.

Responsibilities of the Head Pastry Chef include liaising with the Executive Chef to design and create new innovative menus; lead, train, develop, and motivate the team; and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, Food Safety, and compliance with all legal requirements.
