Head of Marketing

My fantastic client are a leading brand and are now seeking a Head of Marketing to join them, to lead the multi-brand communications and promotional plan for them, being focused on delivering integrated marketing campaigns across all channels to achieve the businesses sales target.

You will be responsible for planning, management and delivery of the marketing plan including;

• Leading the planning and execution of campaigns and promotions across all teams and channels including online merchandise
• Execute digital acquisition plan alongside internal colleagues and external agencies as required. (VOD, Social and display)
• Management of the SEO strategy to maximise the collective size of the group (through the use of external agencies, internal content teams and third parties)
• Maintain their growth across all social platforms; driving engagement with existing audiences, and reaching new ones through posting, content creation and retargeting
• Deliver the CRM and retention plans across individual brands, whilst delivering collective growth across the company UK through upsell, cross sell and personalisation
• Managing, motivating and developing direct reports to work together to drive individual brand growth whilst sharing and celebrating success and innovation across the business
• Be responsible for their collective alignment, integration and delivery; on time, on spec and on budget.

The key to success is the ability to plan, coordinate and execute across multiple teams, multiple channels and multiple brands to deliver an integrated approach that is both well managed and maximised, whilst retaining the agility to meet the needs of the market, and the trading requirements of the sales forecast. Your key responsibilities will be to develop and deliver communication plans, whilst driving integration, innovation and engagement.

Relevant experience required:
o3 years minimum in digital/direct marketing environment in a similar Head of/senior marketing role
oExperienced in planning and producing multi-channel communication campaigns.
oComfortable and confident with digital marketing and PPC
oAble to manage large scale projects and marketing budgets
oIn depth knowledge of database and direct marketing techniques.
