At Select Hospitality Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Head Chef.
The Role
•To run a busy kitchen and lead a team of passionate chefs to deliver food to the highest quality.
• The Head Chef will be responsible for the recruitment, staff development and training of their kitchen team.
• The Head Chef will be in charge of counting stock and minimising wastage.
• To maintain all systems and documentation for Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH legislation and confirm with best practice in the industry.

Experience and Skills required
•The Head Chef must have previous wok experience.
•The Head Chef must be experienced in fast paced, high volume catering, preferably in a similar role.
•A passion for food and a desire to drive the business forward.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Personal Characteristics
•Responsible and trustworthy.
•Flexible and willing to go that extra mile
•Enthusiastic about staff training and development.
•Good leadership skills.
