Front Office Manager

Currently seeking an ambitious Senior Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Team Leader keen to step in to their first Front Office Manager role. A Luxury 4 * Hotel, set in the Warwick.

This is a great opportunity experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 12 months experience at Senior or Team Leader level within a full service branded property and who has the desire to progress their career.

The hotel attracts a variety of guests, including those attending events at one of the well equipped function spaces the venue boasts, those wanting a relaxing weekend in the hotel’s luxurious spa, or those wishing to explore the neighbouring surroundings.

As Front Desk Manager you will manage and train a team of receptionists & night receptionists, along with your Reception & Night Supervisors to be customer service driven at all times, handle any guest issues and manage all feedback, be a point of contact and troubleshooter for any emergencies, schedule staff rotas and be the main point of contact for communication between departments.

To get off to a flying start in this Reception Supervisor position, PROTEL experience is beneficial.

This is a full time role, covering 5 days out of 7 as per business needs. A generous salary of up to £25,000 company benefits and discounts are also on offer for the successful Front Office Manager
