£18,000-£19,000 depending on experience plus end of year discretionary profit share and car allowance
Based in Maldon plus Float Cover throughout A12 corridor

Our client an established Estate Agency are looking to recruit a super-efficient, organised and flexible Secretary/Administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support.
Although primarily based at their Maldon branch, you will also provide support when required to their busy branch network and could be working in any of the branch locations throughout the A12 corridor including Havering, Colchester, Witham, Brentwood, Billericay, Chelmsford plus Dunmow & Braintree. Therefore, full access to a car and a clean driving licence is essential for this role. A car allowance will be paid whilst providing cover at these locations.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be IT proficient and have audio and copy typing speeds in excess of 60wpm. You will be a fast learner, and have the ability and the personality to integrate quickly into our clients’ established teams.

Estate agency experience is preferred however candidates from other secretarial backgrounds will be considered.

Working days and hours will be Monday–Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
