Accounts Recievable Assistant (25 hours a week)

An exciting new opportunity, fresh on the books, has arisen with an exciting client for a candidate who is looking for a Accounts Recievable assistant role.
The client is ideally looking for someone to start ASAP and will go permanent for the right candidate. Though the role is 25 hours a week initially, there may be chances for increased hours down the line.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete weekly invoicing of credit accounts
• Resolve customer and account queries
• Oversee general administration
• Maintain the database and ensure customer data is reflected with accounting systems
• Check and approve supplier invoices
• Banking and petty cash reconciliation

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and will have efficient time management skills in accordance with a “can do attitude”.

You will have previous experience in a finance role and knowledge of Pegasus opera is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also have proficient IT with ideally intermediate excel skills.

The successful candidate will have flexibility with working hours, though this must include Monday. You will be entitled to a salary of £23000 pro rata and once the opportunity goes permanent you will be entitled to further benefits.
