Finance Analyst

Job: Financial Administrator,
Location: Cambridge Hotel
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000, Monday to Friday
Term: Full Time

At Select Appointments Cambridge we are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator to work in a state of the art hotel and conference centre. This role comes with the benefit of Monday to Friday straight shifts only and enhanced pension contributions.

My client is looking for an experienced financial administrator to undertake the day to day running of the finance division of the hotel. The hotel is currently undergoing a full refurbishment and your ability to multi task and keep detailed records is paramount to the success of this role.

As Financial Administrator you will have a good working understanding of Sage 50 Accounts, and be either AAT qualified or looking to complete the qualification.

The Financial Administrator will report to the Hotel Manager and Finance Controller overseeing all financial aspects of the hotel operation
• Accurate data inputting to Sage 50 Accounts
• Report reconciliation
• Processing of timesheets, invoices, petty cash & staff expenses
• Monthly financial reporting

Due to location, a driving licence is essential
