How would you like to work in a small and friendly team for a well-established engineering firm? Looking for an engaging and varied role that is a mixture of finance and administration? Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their tight-knit crew!
This role is a great opportunity for someone that is AAT or QBE qualified, is proficient in Sage, and has a few years’ experience in a similar type of role.
Your time in the role will be split with 3 days finance/2 days administration, supporting in the following areas:
Finance
• Raising invoices & credits
• Managing debtors & creditors
• Ensuring VAT & Tax is paid on time
• Assisting in preparing management accounts
• Cash flow Forecasting
Administration
• Management of HR & Payroll documentation
• Support with Health & Safety Tasks
• General administration
• Office supplies management
