Finance Administrator

Role: Finance Administrator
Hours: 37.5 pw
Rate of Pay: £9.16 ph

We are looking for a Finance-minded individual to deliver comprehensive administrative support within the Finance department of our client. This will include the processing of invoices, dealing with suppliers and resolving queries.

Responsibilities:
– Purchase ledger, processing invoices, dealing with queries, producing payment reports.
– Ensuring invoices are processed, and scanned onto the system in time for weekly payment runs.
– To assist with all aspects of student finances including registration and taking payments.
– To raise requisitions, and manage purchase orders for Finance
– Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries.
– To ensure financial transactions are processed.
– Reviewing and managing the clearance of old purchase orders.
– To provide additional support to the Finance Office where appropriate.
– Monitor supplier accounts

You must be educated to GCSE standard and have experience of working in a Customer Service environment; if you have high levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail this role is perfect for you.
