Finance & Office Manager

Finance & Office Manager– Hatfield- Full time – £30k – £40k

Working for an independent local company. You will be joining a well-established business and used to working in a fast paced environment. It’s a friendly, supportive office with great benefits and free parking!

What will you be doing?

You’ll be reporting to the CEO and your role will cover a wide range of finance and administrative duties
• Answering phones booking travel, checking contracts
• Bookkeeping duties up to management accounts
• Monthly payroll including P60s, P45s and Pensions (NEST)
• VAT payments and submissions
• Credit Control
• Setting up new staff members on HR system
• Weekly Finance and Sales reports
• Liaising with the bank regarding payments and payment set up

About you:
• AAT or CIMA qualified or part qualified
• Some experience with Xero would be helpful
• You will be proficient in MS Office, including Word & Excel
• You will have excellent attention to detail
• You will be self-motivated and self-confident
