Our client, a well-established Lettings Agency based in South East London, is urgently seeking a Facilities/Property Officer.
You will be accountable to the Facilities/Property manager
Purpose of the Job

• To maintain all assigned properties to the highest standards.
• Ensure all maintenance and cleaning is of the standards required by our referring agencies and freeholders.
• Providing an inspection service that ensures the quality of day-to-day maintenance.
• Ensure other works to any properties are delivered within specified timescales and to an excellent standard.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and provide relevant feedback to all staff.
• Coordinate, support and advise the Business on all aspects of health and safety.

To be successful in this role you will:
– have a Facilities Management qualification and/or a Health and Safety Qualification
– be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of property/facilities management and housing
– understand relevant Health and Safety legislation
– have knowledge of and commitment to good customer care and equal opportunities
– have previous experience of property/facilities management
– have experience of supervising staff
– hold a full clean driving licence
