Facilities Assistant– St Albans- Temp to Perm- Full time – £19,000

What will you be doing?

You’ll be reporting to the Facilities Manager and your role will cover a wide range of administrative duties
• Provide full reception service including telephone switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors
• Assist with locking and unlocking of the premises each day
• Assist with general maintenance tasks (lifting is required)
• Check and maintain stock and assist with deliveries

About you:

• You will be proficient in MS Office, including Word & Excel
• You will have excellent attention to detail
