This St Albans based business is growing and are seeking an Administrator to provide support to the Office Manager and ensure the smooth day to day operation of the office.

You’ll be part of a specialist Consultancy who work closely within the healthcare industry.

The role is varied and covers a broad range of responsibilities including:
• Answering/controlling entry phone to office
• Answering phones, taking accurate messages
• Ordering stationery and office supplies
• Note taking
• Supporting HR Manager with recruitment
• Scanning paperwork/Shredding
• Maintaining electronic filing
• Organising social events

You will be highly motivated, confident, presentable with excellent communication skills.
