Position: Events & Hospitality Manager
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £19000 – £24000
Benefits: 28 days holiday including Bank holidays, Meals, Discounts

Main Duties to Include;

• Organising and managing outside events, public shows, conferences and lunch deliveries
• To greet and welcome clients, guests at reception
• Forensic attention to detail
• Supervision of front of house staff at outside events, shows and conferences
• Handle event enquiries over the phone, email or face to face and maintain a booking system
• To provide support to the management team
• To provide relevant documentation pre-and post-show/ event and share with other staff
• Recruiting, managing rota’s and staff training with relevant documents to back this up
• Cash handling, completing relevant paperwork
