Enforcement Compliance Officer

Managing a housing stock of over 10,000 properties, our client focusses on improving the estates and communities of their customers.

They are now looking for a Tenancy Enforcement Compliance Officer to encourage compliance with tenancy terms and conditions and to take appropriate enforcement action to deal with all breaches of tenancy including nuisance and anti-social behaviour.

Prime responsibility will be to undertake investigations and take actions for breaches of tenancy agreement related to nuisance and anti-social behaviour. This is a high priority amongst residents and as such needs to be dealt with sensitively and effectively.

The successful candidate will have 2 years or more experience in case management regarding anti-social behaviour, and will have highly developed administrative and communication skills to identify and manage caseload and develop multi agency relationships.

You will also have excellent written communication skills to produce clear, succinct and well-structured documentation that will create a positive impact on the recipient; work to deadlines with the ability to prioritise your workload.

In addition to the above, you must be able to engage with a wide range of people therefore excellent verbal communication is essential with high levels of eloquence and articulacy.

This role starts on a temporary basis from 4th January to March 2021, and may lead to a permanent role.
