Digital Account / Project Manager

My client, a leading agency in the city of Norwich are now looking for an Account Manager to join their expanding client services team and help them to deliver web projects and keep their clients happy!
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to help them to deliver award-winning web development services to their expanding client roster. You’ll be meeting with your clients, managing the day-to-day running of their accounts, scheduling work and helping to manage the design and development team’s output using Jira and other tools.

The role:

•Manage key accounts and projects, with team support
•Get to know clients, their objectives, goals and KPIs
•Regular communication (f2f/phone/email) with clients to ensure service levels and expectations are being met
•Proactively seek client feedback to ensure our service adapts and evolves to any communication or process improvements
•Identify opportunities to increase existing client spend
•identify and report on trends (finding commonality with bugs, bottlenecks) with a view to tackle them before they happen and prevent in the first place
•Collaborate with the team on the direction of development methods, tech and quality assurance processes
•Take a more active role in merging digital marketing and web build accounts to ensure maximum upselling opportunities
•Carry out training and coaching of colleagues as required
•Manage the day to day requirements of the team, to ensure deadlines are met, including monitoring of workloads, assisting with queries, offering support and guidance (Management)
•Communicate effectively with others in the team, promoting face to face interaction and ensuring key project/campaign information is agreed in writing via email internally and externally.
•Work collaboratively, professionally and in a positive fashion with colleagues in order to meet the objectives of the business
•Contribute to team meetings and pro-actively put forward ideas and feedback in order to improve ways of working

The ideal candidate will have:
•2-3 years experience in an account management role
•Vast experience managing web projects from start to finish to ongoing support
•Working knowledge of WordPress, e-commerce packages desirable
•Excellent customer service skills
•Effective communication skills to brief, delegate and manage the tasks of team members which complement your activity or do not fit within the remit of a senior member of the team
•Organisational skills, successfully prioritising and focusing on tasks that will bring maximum commercial benefit to Selesti
•A willingness to learn new skills and work in the most efficient way possible
•Strong experience using continuous integration and delivery technologies
