Demand Coordinator

An exciting opportunity based in Norwich City centre has become available. My client is looking for a Demand Coordinator to support the Demand and Supply Chain team, covering maternity, initially on a fixed term contract until February 2020.

Reporting to the Demand Planner you will be responsible for the following;

• Efficient administration of all orders, from supply through to customer invoice
• Completing invoices accurately within deadlines
• Generate and edit PO numbers and Sales orders
• Responsible for stock management, landing of products and maintenance of stock levels
• Supporting documentation from suppliers, customers and logistics providers
• Liaising with sales and accounts teams

The successful candidate will have experience in high volume, administration processes, along with working to strict deadlines to be considered for the role. Previous industry experience within a supply chain environment, and supporting managers with reports and general administration would be desirable.

Paying £18,000 – £20,000 plus excellent benefits including, bonus, pension, private health care, buy and sell holiday scheme.
