CX Consultant - Norwich or London

My client are a growing Customer Experience Consultancy that helps organisations exceed customer expectations and stay ahead of the competition! With a belief that customer experience shouldn’t’t be complicated, my client challenges every touch-point to make sure it’s simple, human and useful – both for the customer and the organisation.
Working with some fantastic clients, they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CX Consultant to join their team based either in Norwich or London.

With agency experience under your belt, you will be responsible for growing the proposition and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll use different research techniques to uncover customer insight across the entire customer journey both on and offline and will offer senior consultancy to clients, identifying areas of opportunity and focus.
You’ll be a natural at creating customer journey maps, applying and using your service design expertise.
