Customer Support Advisor - Aftercare Team

A fantastic opportunity for a specialist to be a company ambassador is available in Norwich, dealing with customers within a busy after-care team set in modern, city centre offices.

You will be the beating heart of the business, ensuring that customers receive a first class experience.

You will take pride in being a part of an industry leading company, with a desire for every customer to go away feeling happy and confident that they will place future orders.

Within the post delivery and after-care team you will be liaising and organising the following;
• Exchange and return orders
• Complaint handling
• Updating customers with their part/exchange requests
• Working closely with logistics
• Working over the phone and on live chat enquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks

To be considered for this role you will need to have previous customer/ client based experience and excellent administration skills are essential, along with the ability to:
• Keep calm under pressure
• Be process driven to follow company procedures
• A problem solver
• Outstanding communication skills
