Customer Services Advisor – £24,000 – Hatfield
37.5 hours per week

Are you an Excel whizz? Do you know exactly how to use a pivot table and a V look up? Can you give excellent customer service?

Working for a busy telecoms company, your responsibilities would include all customer service duties including:
• Extensive use of Excel to analyse mobile bills
• Understanding and applying different systems for client’s requirements
• Administrative duties as required
• Communicate with clients via email and telephone

To be successful in this role you will need to be meticulous with a fine eye for detail, be highly organised and be a great personable communicator.
