Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a customer service representative based in Peterborough.

The role will involve taking inbound calls from consumers whom will be raising enquiries and placing orders, processing customer orders to ensure timely dispatch, responding to inbound enquiries from our web platforms via live chat and email, making and receiving calls from customers, responding to consumer reviews and complaints in a timely professional manner, providing feedback to consumers, raising return/credit requests with key suppliers based on returned/faulty product.

We are looking for people with the following:

• Strong ability to work without requiring close supervision
• Lively & positive phone manner (non-scripted, ability to build a rapport with customers)
• Stand-out customer service skills (experience not required for the right personality)
• Excellent IT skills
• Great communication skills
• A “can do” attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced reactive environment
• Good time-management skills along with the ability to multitask
• Well organised and calm persona

The working hours of this role will be Tuesday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.
