Our client, is a successful and reputed establishment that has grown from strength to strength over the last three decades. They supply a diverse base including grocery, high street, e-tailers, resellers and international distributors with a combination of private label and branded products. Due to continued growth and an extended product range, they are have an exciting opportunity available and are looking for a talented individual to join the existing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and ambitious individual to become an integral part of the customer service/outbound telesales team. The successful candidate will have:

• Experience within a sales or telesales environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask
• Good attention to detail
• If you do not have the experience of a telesales environment but have experience of delivering excellent customer service either on the
phone or in person then we still want to hear from you

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm
Monday – Friday,
Holidays – 28 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays)
Extra day’s holiday per year, up to 5 years.
